It's always something with this site...
I can never get a break with it comes to this site and I don’t have enough time to tend to all the little problems that occur that are related to this site. It’s quite frustrating.
I’m living a double life and its catching up with me. I’m still two separate people and I don’t know how to fix that.
My current annoyance, relating to this site, is with the Kelly Walsh High School website. This one I can’t begin to understand because they’re using my horizontal accordion script from like 4 years ago, which is fine, but instead of DOWNLOADING THE FREE TO USE COPY, the creator of their site opts to just copy the code from my copyrighted page. Why is this annoying? Because in addition to leaving me as the “author” or said website along with my name and various keywords associated with my site, they have also left my google analytics script in there. So I can’t trust any of my stats. Perfect. Wonderful. That’s just great.
I sent an email to their “webmaster” on June 16th, 2009 and I waited over a month for a reply or for them to at least remove the lines of code that I had requested they take out but of course, no response and no removal of my name/code.
I sent another email, this time to the principal and cc’ed various assistant principals so hopeful someone will be able to help me with what I think is fair and shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Once again, I may have to make a claim or at least begin the process. I do detest paper work.
I’m really tired of the stress and various annoyances nyokiglitter brings me. My other world is so much easier. Its instances like this one, and the previous wordpress situation, that make me think that I should remove all tutorials and script/html snippets from my site. It had been my hope to return to this site and add more tutorials and things to help people but why? Why should I help anyone?
I think its time I changed my content.

Well, in a way its good thing that Google Analytics doesn’t check for that kind of thing. If it didn’t check I would miss many people who take things directly from my site. I’ve found 2 people that way already.
LOL! I guess you could grief like that but I think they’d find you fast _

That really sucks and I understand your suffering. I really think Google should make it so the analytics can only work on the domain you sign them up on. Doesn’t really make sense to have someone else be able to take your analytics and use it against you.
Anyways awesome site and scripts, please keep it up.

Sorry to hear about this issue yet again. What is it about this site.?There are hundreds if not thousands of tutorial and scrip-library site optioms. I found this site on a three day development binge whlle trying to meet a deadline and it got me over the hump from just straight html and non-AS -flash to understanding javascript. Even got a little help desk email support when time permitted. I know I was impressed with the design and the way the tutorials where presented – very straightforward-jus,t enough for a beginner, but not too much to confuse someone. This is part of why it is an awesome site. I am always afraid when i check back that Nyokiglitter will no longer be of this world-choosing the other one exclusiely. I hope you dont completely stop doing this site although I can understand your wanting to. I am always telling people about this bad##s girl in Texas who started styling her Xanga site and ended up with an awesomely designed site and now is a merchant in SL because it is a cool story for people getting into web design or SL-at least I think it is. Let me just say this, there is definitely ‘something’ about this site that makes it great. Mabe you can capitalize on that so that it will be worth your headaches in the end. As long as this site is up I will be a loyal visitor.
